PACKAGE 3 – Full Makeover

What you get:
A room-by-room proposal plus implementation. Eva and her team will execute the plan in a way that minimizes your stress. We can arrange everything from furniture rentals to minor repairs.

PACKAGE 4 – Empty Nest Special

What you get:
Furniture rentals and accessories to furnish empty condos and homes, plus setup and takedown.

PACKAGE 5 – Open-House Touchup

What you get:
A walk-through and last-minute touchups to enhance the appearance and atmosphere of your home. An effective presentation means fewer showings!

PACKAGE 6 – Virtual Staging

Looking for even more convenience? Try Virtual Staging. Virtual Staging is a very simple program in which you send us photographs of the rooms in your home that you want staged. We will take a look at your photographs and provide you with recommendations including furniture rearranging, window treatments, paint colour, flooring, and any other details that need to be addressed to give your room/home a professionally staged appearance. You'll get practical suggestions that are sure to make a great first impression and leave a lasting one with any potential home buyers coming to view your home.

Fixed-price fees are due when services are rendered. For larger projects, we will provide a written estimate and may require a deposit.
