Prizes & Estimated Retail Values:

All prizes are awarded AS IS and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, expressed or implied (including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability for fitness for a particular purpose). All values are estimated, as the actual value may vary depending on needs of the home selected..

Official rules:

1. The house must be located in the Lower Mainland.

2. The house must be free of any major structural damage and must be generally in good condition. Applicant(s) must be willing to complete small repairs or upgrades.

3. The winner must allow Eva Bachmann to erect a promotional sign on the winner's front lawn and remain in the front yard for the duration the house is on the market.

4. The winner must be someone whose home has sale potential but could benefit from professional help.

5. The Up to $2500 Home Staging Package refers to services or the temporary loan of furniture and accessories if these are deemed necessary by Eva Bachmann & Associates. It does not refer to furniture or accessories to keep after the amount of time designated by Eva Bachmann & Associates, or after the house has been sold, unless purchase agreement is made between Eva Bachmann & Associates and the Home Owner.

6. Eva Bachmann & Associates reserves the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of any winner.

7. Eva Bachmann & Associates is offering this Home Staging Package and will award prizes on a random selection basis from all valid contest entrants. The contest runs until June 11, 2009, at 11 AM.

8. By signing this entry, I give Eva Bachmann & Associates permission to contact me with regard to home staging or home decorating.

9. We respect your privacy. Your personal information will NOT be sold or given to other forms without your specific prior consent.

10. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period ending June 11, 2009, at 11 AM.

11. Employees, officers and representatives (and members of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each) of Eva Bachmann & Associates are not eligible to win the home staging prize.
